Upgrade

I've been trying to upgrade my phone but I keep being told there is a problem with my account. There isn't a problem, it's all paid up and I've been with Sky for years

All you can do to get past this to call Sky and let them leave your upgrade order for you. The free number to call them on is just 150.

Thanks, I'll give it a go. It's a shame they can't get this bit right, there are other companies around where online upgrades work perfectly. Please sort it out for the future Sky.
