I’m afraid this is a customer helps customer forum and you’re not addressing Sky Customer Services.
You don't say if you really mean swap your current in contract device or upgrade a device. So if you're eligible have a look at the devices on the website and either order there or call Sky.

Find out moreIf you already have a calling plan with Sky and you do not need another one then make sure you select the "I don't need a plan" option or if you want to change the plan but keep your number then there should be a "keep my current number" option that you need to select.
