Upgrade

I think I've tried to upgrade my phone but it seems it's just added an new device and not given as an upgrade. Not sure what to do????

Give Sky a call on the free 150 number from your mobile so that they can look into this for you. If needs be they should be able to cancel it if you have made a mistake.
