My credit agreement ends today on my device but Sky still says I owe the last instalment and need to pay or return phone. Does anybody know why I can't upgrade today?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Cctj4 once the device is paid off you can no longer upgrade you simply order a new phone, keep your current plan and use your existing sim.

Find out moreYou have left it to late to upgrade as you can only do this when you are paying for the phone throughout your contract so should you get another one the best time to do it is when you have 12 months left as usually at this point what Sky says the device is worth is enough to pay if those remaining 12 months so you wouldn't have to pay anymore on the device that would be returned.
