Upgrade without sim plan

I have 4 devices with Sky but have switched to a different provider for data. Since switching the last phone on my account, I am now no longer eligible for a device upgrade (before contract ends) for any of the phones linked to my account.

 

If I switch at least one of the phones back to a Sky sim, will the option to upgrade devices be reinstated?

Hi @AbbieAbbie  i wasn't aware that a sky sim was required to be able to upgrade within your swap window. If it's not letting you upgrade online have you tried calling sky for help with the upgrade/swap ?

The data sim package plays no part in device upgrades as the two are separate.

 

How long do you have left on the contract of the phone you want to upgrade ?
