Upgrade with a smashed screen
I'm wanting to upgrade my daughters iPhone 11 however I can't erase the phone and it's conte t due to the screen being severely smashed. Will sky accept it if I send it back without resetting?

Re: Upgrade with a smashed screen
@Joeutd07 You should be able to reset it via your daughters icloud account. Its unlikely the company Sky use to process the swaps will accept it if they are unsure its been reset and has no personal data on it.

Re: Upgrade with a smashed screen
I suspect it may be 'worthless' with a smashed screen. Have you had a quote with it declared?
