I have been trying since last weekend to try and do a mobile phone upgrade, as soon as it takes me through to the phones it coms up with a message about the page not bein available and sends me back to the home page which is not helping. How do I complete an upgrade when the website is not working
If your phone has a Sky sim in it then your only option is to call Sky on 150 for help with this.
