Upgrade to tablet from phone swap contract

Hi does anyone know if you can upgrade from a phone contract and swap to a tablet.  I have had a look and i can see tablets when I pick upgrade option.   I have a phone that has reached its 24month time period I don't need this phone now but still  have 12 more months to pay off the phone.   I was wondering if anyone has in the past swapped the phone for a tablet?  Thanks in advance for any info

You are free to upgrade/swap to whatever device you want. I'm sure you are aware but you will be credit checked again when doing this so you will have to pass it before being able to complete the order for your new device.
