Upgrade restricted

I've been trying to upgrade 2 iPads that have I'm due to finish paying for in 3 months however when I select upgrade, a message appears " 

Your services are currently being restricted

There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions."

 

when I click the reinstate services it takes me back to previous screen but when trying to progress it brings up the same error message

For help with the upgrade you will have to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
