Upgrade query

Hi 

I wish to discuss how mobile device upgrade works. Only 1 year into a 3 yr deal but device is very poor . Also bills have dramatically risen and no out of allowance charges have been made. I need to discuss with a human, not a Virtual Assistant 😡

When calling 150 try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

 

If you are one year into a device contract then it might be the sim part of it that has increased as offers on the sim are for 12 months only. You can view your bill via the MySky app to see if this is the case.

Changing a device early will cost you.  The residual value of the device will not cover the outstanding credit - the difference is payable in full on your next bill.  (This could be several hundred pounds)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
