Upgrade issuess

This is what's showing up constantly when am trying to upgrade or take out a new phone and all bills are upto date

Still an ongoing issue as i said in previous post there is nothing outstanding and I can't work out why this restriction is on

If you can makes calls then call Sky on 150 so they can look into this for you.
