Upgrade issue.

When I click updgrade to swap to a new device, I choose the new phone I want and then the process to buy it looks the same as if I were trying to start a new purchase rather than an upgrade.

 

How do I ensure that I'm upgrading free of charge, and not just buying an additional phone.

 

It doesn't ask me at any point if I want to trade in my phone, or pay the remainder. Or does this come after I've completed the purchase?

I think the best thing you can do here is to call Sky on 150 to let them place this upgrade order for you.
