Upgrade - data plan

I just upgraded my phone but didn't have the opportunity to change my data plan. The plans for existing customers are not as good as new customers and I want to swap my plan to the same deal a new customer would get.

@EmilymedsIts unlikelly that Sky would agree to apply a new customer deal to your current sim, you are of course free to call them and ask.

Hi @Emilymeds  i actually called today about this and was told (as I expected) that the deals for new customers can't be applied to an existing sim, they are for additional sims with new numbers added to your account. If you call then they may be able to offer some discount on your current sim plan.

i wannted to change my data plan because i found the existing plan isnt enough for so i wanted to upgrade it with more gb
