Upgrade Phone

Tried to upgrade my phone in the app however it just keeps redirecting me to a page saying the upgrade page can't be found and same on sky.com itself. i'm unsure as what to do

Hi @Sophie3231  you will need to call sky on 150 and ask them to help with the upgrade. This does seem to happen for quite a few customers.
