Updated contract unsure if process has worked?

Hi,

 

I updated my sky contract and to swap my old iPhone, I was unsure if this process actually worked as it's saying my device is my new phone not my old one. Just because I've not traded it in yet?

Your post is a little bit confusing are you saying you have done a swap and returned a phone so that you now have a new one ?
