I'm looking at upgrading my phone , I'm going through the motions to see if I'd have to pay any extra and a message saying " your estimated phone value £98 , you could get this when you return your old phone. We'll credit your next bill " comes up. Does this mean I'd have to pay £98 to upgrade ? Or I'd get £98 back ?
How much do you owe on this phone, so how much is left to pay off on the credit agreement ?
