Unsuccessful credit check

I wanted to get a new phone contract on credit but it said that my credit check was unsuccessful, so after how much time can I try again to see if I am able to a phone from them.

No one here can answer that.  It depends on the reason for not passing the check.

 

Making multiple hard checks can further impact your credit.

If you are a Sky sim only customer then Sky dies suggest trying again 6 months later.
