Unrecognized £8.02 Direct Debit

Hello, I need some help with a payment issue.

For the past two months, an amount of £8.02 has been taken from my bank account via Direct Debit.

I don’t remember signing up for any new services or subscriptions, so I’m not sure what this charge is for.

Could you please check if I have any active account or subscription with you linked to my details, and explain what this payment is?

If this is an error, I would like it to be cancelled and refunded.

Hi @Kaveh  this isn't sky CS here so no one can look at your bills. Your bill should show what the charge is for, is this a sky mobile issue ?
