I have received my pac code but you don't recognise it, i have called and my number is not recognised

You are talking to other customers here so are you entering the pac code correctly, have you checked with who gave it to you that it is correct ?

Hi @Tracey_63 just to confirm you have a new sky sim and have activated it ? You have received a PAC from your old network (not Sky) ? You are trying to use your PAC to port that number from your old network to Sky ?
