Unlimited sim

Trying too activate a unlimited data SIM card it says I have too enter a pac too keep number but it won't let be because I'm already a sky customer

You should not have to enter a pac code if you select the new sim option, if you already have a Sky sim then you will now need to paying for this one as well.

Hi @Alanful  you can't port from one sky sim to another, when you ordered the new sim that will be the unlimited one with a new number. The only way to get your old number to the new sim and cancel the old plan is to use a PAC to port the old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to your new sim.

You can only use a PAC code from a network other than Sky.

 

If you've ordered an unlimited SIM then your only option is to activate it as a new SIM with a new phone number.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
