Unlimited calls and texts

I've recently changed from land line to mobile with unlimited calls and texts. Does this include 0345 and 0800 numbers. If not, does anyone know what the charge per minute is?

0800 numbers are free anyway. 03 numbers are inclusive and are the same as dialling geographical 01 and 02 numbers.
