Unfortunately we can't process your request

I keep getting this message when looking up upgrading my mobile or looking at sim deals, On both desktop & mobile too.

 

I can see that this has been asked previously but could not see a proper solution.

Its happened multiple times & i've ended up giving up.

 

However i'm at the point where i need to make some changes - Can anyone help please!!!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

As customers here we can fix this issue so all you can do is to call Sky on 150 and ask them to upgrade your mobile for you.
