Sky tell me I can upgrade my phone but when I try, I receive this message:Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now
Not sure what else to do except to call up and spend hours waiting for someone to answer. I tried the automatic assistant which does have a n option to select to discuss Upgrades but the sub choices seem to cover everything BUT upgrades. Why is Sky such a struggle to work with sometimes?

By the way, I've tried several times including on my phone itself. I remember having this difficulty before and not sure how I resolved it

I'm having exactly the same issue.
I have 2 movies and can upgrade one online but not the other which is frustrating.

i'm also having this same issue when trying to upgrade my phone glad it's not just me
can someone from sky look into this issue as iv been trying for days now thanks @Chloe-W22
