Understanding my bills

Hello Dear Team, I hope you are doing well. I would like honestly understand my bills which I don't understand each months its different amounts please make me understand this situation.

Hi @JamesMoladja  as this isn't sky CS here no one has access to your bills. If the bills are different each month then you will probably be making out of bundle calls or sending messages that aren't included in your bundle. If you travel abroad there would be roaming charges. Look at your bills to see what the extra charges are for.
