I can receive calls and texts and make phone calls, but I can’t send any texts. I see a stopwatch symbol underneath the texts I’m trying to send, and eventually, the message fails. I can retry, but the same issue happens repeatedly.
I have tried:
- Requesting the handset configuration (but haven’t received it)
- Manually entering the details myself
- Restarting the device
If this issue isn’t resolved, I’ll have to consider switching SIM providers. I’m absolutely fed up with this poor service.
