Unable to send or receive calls

I have been without being able to send , receive calls and text for over 4 weeks. I was promised a replacement sim 10 days ago and have not received it. You are taking my money via direct debit but you are not providing any service. This is totally unacceptable 😤.

You are talking to orher customers here and not Sky support so if this sim hasn't turned up then you will have to contact them again about it.

I've been unable to do any calls or texts but l got a new sim & that doesn't help either l think it's the phone that is causing the issue I'm waiting on a return package to return it but not received this yet I'm exasperated being without a phone to call or receive any calls or texts any suggestions
