Discussion topic: Unable to ring local numbers whilst in Tenerife

Both my husband and I have mobiles with Sky we are in Tenerife and are unable to make calls to local numbers ie restaurants, taxis.

We can ring each others mobiles and can ring landlines and mobiles in the UK.

We were in Poland in December and had no trouble ringing Polish numbers

can you help?

Hi @Malc+bfc have you checked your spend cap isn't too low as calls to local numbers are charged above the £2 daily charge.

My spend cap is £20 and my husbands is £30 so I don't think this is the problem
