Discussion topic: Unable to receive calls on mobile

Hi. I can make calls and receive and send text messages but people are unable to call me. My husband said he's tried calling and it keeps saying "this person is unavailable". As a PA to 5 Director's who regularly contact me, I need to try and get this sorted ASAP. I've never had problems receiving calls at home (where I work) before so not sure why now it's started?
