Unable to receive OTP since switching to sky mobile

I have switch to sky mobile with new sim. Since the  switch I am unable to recieve OTP.

Bank has confirmed the can see the OTP has been sent.  It is not blocked on my phone. Not sure what to do next.

You will need to call Sky on 150 to give them the details so one of their teams can look into this for you.

I have contacted sky who investigated and said it must be Santander. Santander say it isn't them. It is also happening with other companies now and nobody wants to help. I am going mad not being able to access online banking.
