Unable to make phone calls or receiving

Bought a new samsung 24 ultra but unable now to receive calls and making one I maintened my old number but seems to be an issue

Have you transferred a number from a different network to the sky sim that is on this phone or have you moved a Sky sim from a different phone to this one ?

I am having the same issue since receiving my new phone. I can not receive landlines calls to my mobile. I can't find anywhere that can help with the issue

Hi @Stacey2208  if you can make calls then call sky on 150 so they can investigate.

I hate calling sky on the phone for ages but I will today as my elderly grandparents are unable to contact me when they need help
