Unable to make outgoing calls

morning all ive recently joined Sky from EE all seemed  well;for a couple of days but now I cant make outgoing calls  I have checked all settings activ ated the Sky sim now scratching head I can make calls using whats app wifi calling doesnt seem to work Also how do I report a fault to sky

Have you tried sending the network settings to your phone ?

 

This should be what you need to do:


Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
