Unable to make or receive calls

It seems for the last few days I can no longer make or receive calls. The caller just gets the message it is an incorrect number.

Obviously it is raher difficult to then call Sky as well ... I can't call.

Online help seems rather fruitless as it just assumes the handset is at fault or I go round in circles with the virtual assistant

If not issues show then you will need to report this to Sky so you can either use another phoe or social media as there are links at the bottom of this page.
