Unable to make calls

I'm using an iPhone 16e with an eSIM , since maintenance yesterday which was meant to be fixed today at 6pm I haven't been able to make or receive any phone calls or texts, has anyone else had this problem and know how to get it fixed tonight ? I haven't young children and one with disabilities it's paramount I'm able to make calls if needed , thanks for reading and appreciate any input

Are you able to use wifi calling to make calls ?

Yes , also spoke to sky on Monday who suggested turning on WiFi calling but that doesn't work. Apparently there is a mast problem. I tried when I was out shopping yesterday and still the same
