Unable to make any calls

I've moved to sky and account was activated yesterday following my pac being sent over. Couldn't make any calls on it last night or today. It's showing as no network and then says provider is sky to business account and Vodafone for primary. Primary account has the right number on it. Any ideas why it's showing 2 accounts but neither work?

If your new phone is an iphone you need to set your primary number I believe so set this to the Sky one.
