For the past month I have had trouble getting through to my partners phone when I call him , the call just doesn’t seem to go through there’s absolute silence and then it either hangs up, says the number doesn’t exist or some other crazy message. I tried to phone my partner yesterday and unknown to me we were less than 100m away from each other I tried 26 times and nothing. We both have iPhones he is with O2 and I am with Sky. What’s going on?
Hi, we're in north kent and this happens too frequently with my wife's sky mobile! She can call me, we have Wi-Fi calling enabled, sitting next to me and nothing! Very poor Sky Mobile. Would like an answer rather than phoning, speaking to someone foreign who really has no grasp of the situation and wants to reset everything with you!
