Unable to checkout on an online order

Good evening,

I'm attempting to checkout a mobile phone and SIM order online, but all I get is this message:

"What if I pay by card?

If you pay by credit card, please call our contact centre on ***********"

 

(I'm not allowed to type in the number on the forum).

 

Does anyone have any ideas on this? I have cleared the cache, rebooted and reinstalled the app but with no joy.

Have you called the said number if that applies to you. An alternarive would be to pay by a direct debit.

I am having the same issue - there is no button to action anything. Anyone else having this problem?
