I am trying to change my data plan on my sim as I am finding that I am constantly running out of data and need more. I have been trying to do this for a few months but everytime I go on to change your data plan it says
'We're currently in the process of changing your plan. You can change your plan again after your next bill date.'
I have also tried to phone but not really gotten a response.
Any help is appreciated

Not sure what you mean by this because if you can't do it online then you will need to call Sky on 150 about this and when you do call say No when asked about going online ir being sent a text.
