Unable to ake a one time payment

I'm trying to pay off the remaining amount of credit left on my laptop. Whenever I click make a payment when in the payment section of my device it takes me to this link https://www.sky.com/error/ineligible. Tried on my laptop and phone. Annoying! Anyone know why?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

No idea why @IESTYN4763 so you will have to call Sky on 150 from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it so they can take the payment from you.
