Unable to add another sim

Hi. I have 3 sims already and want to add another one but it wont allow me to go further with any order as always says a problem with my account. Ive always paid my account etc so dont know what the issue is.

Call Sky on 150 - they should be able to place the order for you.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
