Unable to activate sim

I bought a phone with a SIM. The SIM plan is missing from my account. Online activation loops back to the dashboard. I need the SIM plan manually provisioned and activated with a new number.

Hi @Denzil243  sounds like your new sim has been allocated to a new/different sky account. You will need to call sky for help with this.
