2 Issues Mobile phone cannot connect to a mobile network so i am unable to make calls or send txt's.. However i can take a call and also send & receive email
I cannot activate a replacement sim card because i do not receive the code to activate the sim. I have reset the network settings and also done a factory reset to no avail. Is my mobile toast?

Just to say thankyou for the replies to my request for help. The phone is now ok. The only option i had was to contact sky and get them to reset the mobile network.

Re: Unable to activate replacemernt sim card
Hi @SteH1 the activation code will have been in the packaging the sim came in. If you no longer have that then you will need to contact sky either by phone or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to order another replacement sim.
