Unable to activate replacement sim

I have a replacement sim and new handset as my previous phone was stolen. The original phone had an e-sim, however the new one doesn't. I am unable to activate it as I can't use my phone number. I have been going round in circles for 24 hours and even the chat person failed to fix the problem. Thank you for reading

Hi @Queeny1101  are you saying you need a physical sim ? If so and you can't call sky then use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact sky for help.
