I have upgraded my iPhone 12 to a new iPhone 15 and also ordered a new 40gb sim which was on a special offer. I have put it in my new phone and trying to activate it but kept getting errors, and now it says my activation code has been used but it is my old sim data limit that is applied.
Can someone from sky help activate my new sim?
