Unable to activate esim

Hi,

 

I've received my new iPhone last week but have been unable to activate my eSIM. I've tried using the QR code, directly from the app on the new phone and by entering the details manually but every time I get the error message "Unable to activate. You can try again or contact your network provider." When I try to activate it now it's saying the code is now expired. 

 

I've fully setup the phone twice, one without a backup to try to activate the esim and no luck.

 

Does anyone has any advice on how I can get this resolved?

You are going to have to contact Sky support about this so it is 150 from another phone that has a Sky sim in it or you can use the social media links at the bottom of this page for help.
