Unable to access my account

When I log in to the my sky app it comes up with my account is not authorised to access the my sky app. It lets me log in on the website but I am unable to view the phone bills. I am not using a vpn and have tried deleting the app and starting again but I still can't get in. How can I get back in please?

When you try to view your bills what online message are you seeing ?
