Unable to access my account

I have a main account, but when I ordered my sons phone they said I could not have more than 5 devices on the account (they never took off the old inactive devices) I received the device etc but I have no idea what the account info for that account is. Sky themselves must have set up an account for the device, I'm not sure, but I have no way at all to access the account for this device and pay the bill etc. trying to get in touch with sky themselves is impossible and when I do somehow manage to speak to someone they have no idea what I am talking about! I am beyond frustrated!

Devices that have been paid off do not count as an active device so should not have prevented another device being ordered to the account.

 

The easiest thing to do is to call Sky on 150 and let them look into this for you.
