URGENT: Overdue Refund for Cancelled Order - Google Pixel 10 Pro (Oct 4) - [Insert Your Order ID Her

Dear Sky Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my severe distress and deep dissatisfaction regarding a refund that is now significantly overdue. On October 4th, I placed an order for a Google Pixel 10 Pro (Moonstone colour). Shortly after, I contacted your customer care team to cancel the order. Despite the cancellation being confirmed, the device was mistakenly delivered to my address the following day. As instructed by your representative, I immediately refused the delivery and ensured the package was returned to the courier. It has now been over two weeks and three days since the order was cancelled and the item was confirmed as being returned. I have still not received my refund. My efforts to resolve this have been exhaustive. I have called your customer care line 12 to 15 times during this period, yet every conversation has failed to provide a resolution or even a firm timeline for the refund processing. This delay is causing significant financial inconvenience and considerable personal stress. I am extremely disappointed that a company of your stature has allowed a standard refund process to drag on for this long, forcing me to repeatedly chase a large amount of my own money. I demand an immediate resolution. I require: An immediate update on the exact status of my refund. Hi @SouravSourav  you aren't talking to sky CS here so nothing will happen as a result of your post. You could try a formal complaint.

Nope - this is a customer led help forum.  You are not contacting Sky CS here.

 

Returns can take 3-4 weeks to be processed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
