@26lawrence You are not contacting customer service by posting on the community, this is mainly a customer to customer support platform.
You will have to find a way of contact Sky directly to see if they can help, as you can't call you may be able to get help via Sky's social media pages.

Hi @26lawrence have you checked you haven't reached your spend cap, data in Mexico is £2160 per gig (yes thousands) so it won't take long to reach any cap.
