After speaking to one of your coleges. The other day. He informed me that I had three accounts forms the same address. Instead of trying to sort my problem out he tried.to sell me a tablet which I do not need.i will not be signing the contract for this. What I would like sorted out is all my account into one. What I did want was an invoice number for my new Samsung galaxy S25 FE and how to claim my free watch. As I can't sign into this account. Please help possibly a uk help desk.thank you yours faithfully Russell Walker

Hi @Russ37 as far as I know you can't merge accounts. Sky should be able to help you get access to the accounts but you will need to preserve on the phones as it can't be done here.
