Turn off parental controls

Does anyone know why my card details for verification to turn off parental controls are not being recognised. I've tried two debit cars and one credit card and the number aren't recognised. Parental control has just turned on automatically and restricting my data access for work. I've tried calling the number off the help page but it just keeps ringing and ringing.

Hi @TimB003  it can't be a debit card, it must be a credit card. The only other way is if you have a credit agreement with sky you can call and they can use that to remove the controls. Those are the only options.

Re: Turn off parental controls

Thanks, I've tried a credit card number that doesn't seem to recognise that number either. Not sure why parental control has automatically being turned on anyway?

is there another contact number for sky that at least answers with options other than just rings out??

The number to call is 150 @TimB003 they are turned on automatically as if a child gets the phone/sim they would have access to age inappropriate content.
